Shipping policy

We currently plan to deliver within the UAE. Delivery timelines may vary by emirate, product availability, vendor location, courier capacity, and peak gifting seasons.

Same-day/next-day delivery is available only where shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

Customers must provide complete delivery address, building/villa number, area, emirate, contact number, and preferred timing notes.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, re-delivery charges may apply.

For marketplace vendor products, fulfillment may be completed by the vendor, by Nirvan Earth, or by an approved courier partner depending on product type.
